The room was spacious and clean, and I loved the proximity to the casino with live performances nearby. Long wait times at check-in were frustrating, especially with limited staff available. Bring a good amount of patience and expect extra fees for pool chairs.

Had a spacious room with a great view of the fountains. The location is perfect for accessing shops and restaurants. The staff could be nicer, especially during check-in. The parking situation is a bit confusing, and the walk from the lot is long. Enjoyed the live music near the casino. Overall, a decent stay.

For the price, a great value with a fantastic location right on the strip, close to major attractions. The room itself was spacious and clean, though we did have some issues like a lingering smell of cigarette smoke and noise from the elevators. Check-in took forever, over an hour and a half, which was frustrating, but the staff was friendly. The pool looked great, but closed too early for us to enjoy. Convenient amenities like a fridge and decent food options were a plus. Just wished the water situation had been handled better. a solid choice for a budget stay.

The view from the 19th floor is simply stunning. The location couldn't be better-everything's within walking distance, and the pool is a refreshing oasis.

This place is surrounded by amazing attractions like the Miracle Mile Shops just 500 meters away the Bellagio Conservatory and Botanical Garden almost 1 km away the MGM Grand Arena about 1.1 km and you can reach the dazzling High Roller in just under 2 km which makes wandering around so convenient plus the rooms were spacious and clean with a comfy bed and great views from the upper floors but I did experience some issues with the Wi-Fi in my room and the front desk staff could be more informative about parking fees.

I was really disappointed with the state of the room. It was filthy-the bathroom floor hadn't been mopped in ages, there was mold on the shower curtain, and the carpet was just gross. Definitely not what I expected.

We loved how easy it was to walk to so many amazing attractions, with the Marquee Nightclub just a few steps away and the Bellagio fountains about a 10-minute stroll, making our evening walks feel like adventures; plus, the rooms were super spacious, clean, and boasted fantastic views of The Strip. The room was spacious with a magnificent view of the Bellagio fountains. The bed was comfortable, ideal for restful nights. the air conditioning was problematic; we switched rooms twice, but it only worked in fan mode. The bathrooms left much to be desired; floors hadn't been cleaned properly, and the toilet had issues. Housekeeping was inconsistent. The room felt dated, with signs of wear and tear. Despite the location and nearby dining options being excellent, the unreliable amenities and cleanliness detracted from the experience. The overwhelming smell of smoke was constant.

Planet Hollywood's central position on the strip makes it a prime choice for exploring nearby attractions. Our upgraded king room was impressively large, and the rooftop pool area, though partially closed, still provided ample sunbathing space. This combination of comfort and convenience made for an exceptional experience.

The hotel's location was pretty cool, with a mall right below it, making it easy to shop without braving the cold outside.

The cleanliness left much to be desired. Old towels were left around, the bedding wasn't changed regularly, and the staff didn't seem too bothered about it.

When we checked in at Planet Hollywood, the self check-in option didn't work for us, as we are not American. A staff member had to assist us, which was a bit frustrating but they were very kind. It would be helpful if they advised overseas guests to use the Reception Colleague for check-in. Our room had a fantastic view of the mountains and was spacious and airy. We enjoyed watching planes go by from our room. The location was perfect, right in the middle of everything and close to great restaurants. our room wasn't cleaned for the first three days of our stay, despite requesting it. We also had issues with the air conditioning and blankets. The hotel had good facilities, but there were some drawbacks. The check-in line was long with limited staff to assist customers, and the daily parking fee felt a bit steep. the noise from the elevators was bothersome, and the room could have been cleaner. The lack of staff also led to long wait times during check-in and difficulty resolving issues. the hotel was comfortable and stylish, with a luxurious bathroom featuring a king-size bathtub. The proximity to the Zappos Theatre for shows and the connected shopping mall were convenient.

Stayed for three nights during New Year's. Great location near main attractions. Modern, clean rooms and fantastic amenities in the casino. Quick check, in and checkout process. Friendly staff and very quiet floors. Overall, a memorable stay with friends.

Elevators were crowded and slow, leading to long waits. Lack of open tables in the casino, especially for blackjack.

Party vibes everywhere! The theater hosted lit concerts and shows, got to see JLo! The service was on point, no cap. Big-name performers made it poppin'! We even checked out outdoor adventures, like ziplining, yo!

We had a fantastic stay at a well-located hotel in the heart of the Las Vegas Strip. The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the lively Bellagio fountain and the bustling Strip. With a variety of shops and restaurants attached to the hotel, we had plenty of options to choose from. The free parking was definitely a bonus. As foreign tourists, the 24-hour reception was helpful, especially with the language barrier. The amenities like the seasonal outdoor pool, fitness centre, and spa made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and had a comfortable sitting area. The only downside was the excessive size of the bathroom. The hotel location made it easy for us to explore other casinos and attractions on the Strip.

One issue we encountered was the poor check-in experience. Due to misunderstanding an email while on our way to Las Vegas, we missed the online check-in deadline and had to wait for 1/2 to 1 1/2 hours for our room.

we had a great time at Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino. the location was convenient and the rooms were nice. the hotel is pet friendly, making it easy to bring our little fur babies. we enjoyed the big portions of food at the cafe, and the service was good. the gaming area was okay, and the hotel being connected to the mall was a plus during the cold weather.

The location is excellent, with easy access to shops and food. We enjoyed a fantastic view from the room and found the bathroom to be spacious and comfortable. I'll recommend this hotel.
